About Rodney.
Hi, I’m Rodney Nussbaum — a passionate visual communicator with a love for all things graphic and design-related. From typography and color theory to interactive media and user experience, I thrive on creating visuals that are both engaging and purposeful.
My journey into graphic design began in high school, where I served as the copy editor for both the school newspaper and yearbook. Even before that, I was constantly building websites, designing PowerPoint slides, and making custom cards for birthdays and holidays — just for fun. That early curiosity evolved into a career path that continues to energize and inspire me.
I earned my Associate’s Degree in Digital Media from North Central State College, then went on to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Technology at Bowling Green State University, focusing on both print and interactive media.
Outside of work, I stay inspired by reading, writing, doing word puzzles, playing Ultimate Frisbee, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family. I’m also a big fan of board games and music — all of which feed my creativity and keep me thinking outside the box.
Whether I’m designing for print, web, or eLearning, I bring a mix of creativity, technical skill, and strategy to every project.
